Agency Development Manager

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance advisors to drive sales and expand market reach. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding new insurance advisors.
Providing ongoing training and coaching to advisors.
Monitoring advisor performance and providing feedback.
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
