Industrial Relationship Executive

This role focuses on fostering positive and productive relationships between management and employees within an organization. The Industrial Relationship Executive will be responsible for ensuring a harmonious work environment, addressing employee concerns, and promoting effective communication to maintain a stable and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and management regarding workplace concerns and grievances.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and engagement.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary actions.
Advise management on best practices for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and mediate disputes.
Experience in conducting investigations and disciplinary actions.
