Construction Site Safety Supervisor

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the safety of personnel and operations on construction sites. The Construction Site Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and providing training to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.
Conducting regular safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Providing safety training and toolbox talks to construction workers.
Investigating accidents and incidents, and recommending corrective actions.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Monitoring and enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to promote a safety culture.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction safety.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
