Territory Relationship Head - TPD Broker Channel Life Insurance

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of brokers within a specific territory, focusing on the distribution of TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) and Life Insurance products. The Territory Relationship Head will be instrumental in building strong relationships with brokers, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of brokers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key broker partners.
Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in sales and relationship management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of life insurance and TPD products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM software.
