Manager - Operations

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Treebo Hotels properties. The Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations of the hotel.
Ensuring adherence to Treebo Hotels' quality standards and brand guidelines.
Managing and training hotel staff.
Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Monitoring and controlling operational costs.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Conducting regular property inspections.
Implementing and maintaining operational procedures.
