QA Manager

This role is focused on leading and managing quality assurance activities for software development projects. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
Design, develop, and execute test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Automate testing processes where applicable.

Requirements/Qualifications

10 to 15 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
