Senior Cloud Security Engineer

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions for cloud-based infrastructure and applications. The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will play a critical role in protecting sensitive data and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems within a dynamic cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cloud security strategies and best practices.
Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of cloud environments.
Design and deploy security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data loss prevention tools.
Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud security threats and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in information security.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Proficiency in security tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
