Plant Head

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a significant operational unit, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, from production planning and execution to maintenance and safety, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
