General Manager - Customer Relationship Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing customer relationship initiatives within the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead a team of customer relationship professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Prepare and present reports on customer relationship performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience (10-15 years) in customer relationship management or a related field.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing customer relationship strategies.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
