Oracle Support Analyst

This role involves providing expert support and maintenance for Oracle database systems, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security. The Oracle Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and proactively identifying areas for improvement within the Oracle environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle database systems.
Monitor database performance and identify areas for optimization.
Implement database security measures and ensure compliance with policies.
Perform database upgrades and patching.
Develop and maintain database documentation.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 9 years of experience in Oracle database administration and support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and concepts.
Experience with Oracle performance tuning and optimization.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with database backup and recovery.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
