Azure Data Engineer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and solutions within a cloud-based environment. The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other relevant Azure services.
Design and implement data models and schemas optimized for performance and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement data governance and security best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar services.
Familiarity with data governance and security principles.
