Site Reliability Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems and infrastructure. The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for automating tasks, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to maintain optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation tools and processes.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and procedures.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems.

Requirements/Qualifications

Extensive experience (14-24 years) in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps role.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
