Senior Manager - MEP

This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. The Senior Manager - MEP will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective design, installation, and maintenance of MEP infrastructure, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate MEP engineering teams.
Oversee the design and development of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Develop and manage project budgets related to MEP.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings and submittals.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement of MEP equipment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
Significant experience in MEP engineering and project management.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
