Zonal Finance Lead

This role involves overseeing and managing the financial operations within a designated zone. The Zonal Finance Lead will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial activities within the zone.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Significant experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
