Stamping Die Designer

This role involves designing and developing high-quality stamping dies for various manufacturing applications. The Stamping Die Designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs, ensuring manufacturability, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to deliver efficient and reliable tooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed die designs based on engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software.
Perform die layout and material selection.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize die designs for efficient production.
Troubleshoot die-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure designs adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in stamping die design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Strong understanding of die manufacturing processes and materials.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
