Organizational Design Consultant - Workforce Solutions Associate

This role focuses on providing organizational design and workforce solutions to clients, helping them optimize their structures and processes to achieve strategic goals. The consultant will work closely with clients to assess their current state, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose issues.
Design and develop organizational structures and processes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Develop and implement change management plans.
Provide advisory services on workforce planning and talent management.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources).
2 to 4 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
