Loan Recovery Collection Process BPO Voice

This role focuses on managing and recovering outstanding loans through effective communication and process adherence within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting debtors to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.
Following established collection procedures and legal guidelines.
Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements.
Escalating unresolved cases to appropriate channels.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0 to 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
