Medical Billing Executive - Charge Posting

This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely billing processes within a healthcare setting. The Medical Billing Executive will be responsible for managing patient accounts, processing claims, and resolving billing discrepancies to maintain financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process medical claims accurately and efficiently.
Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials.
Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, insurance providers, and internal teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing and charge posting.
Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
