Lab Technician

This role involves performing laboratory tests and analyses to support research, development, and quality control activities. The Lab Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing samples, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols.
Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing regular calibration and troubleshooting.
Record and analyze experimental data, identifying trends and anomalies.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory procedures.
Collaborate with other scientists and technicians to achieve project goals.

Requirements/Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
