E-commerce Executive

This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the company's e-commerce operations. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for various tasks related to online sales, product management, and customer experience, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the online business.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform.
Monitoring website performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute online promotions.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving online order issues.
Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
