Mac OS Support Specialist - Senior Analyst

This role involves providing expert technical support and troubleshooting for Apple Mac OS environments. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of Mac systems within the organization, while also contributing to the development and implementation of support processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mac OS users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain Mac systems, including software updates and security patches.
Develop and maintain documentation for Mac OS support procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mac systems.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new Mac hardware and software.
