HMC Operator

This role involves operating and maintaining Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) to produce precision components. The HMC Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires a strong understanding of machining principles and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating HMC machines according to specifications.
Loading and unloading parts, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.
Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience operating HMC machines.
Knowledge of machining principles and processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills.
