Lead Analyst - Payments Production Support

This role involves providing expert support and analysis for payment processing systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a production environment. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to payment transactions, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement and optimization of payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor payment processing systems and proactively identify potential issues.
Investigate and resolve payment-related incidents and errors in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis of payment failures and implement corrective actions.
