GRC Analyst

This role focuses on supporting the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions within a dynamic organization. The GRC Analyst will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining a robust GRC framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of GRC policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations on GRC matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GRC alignment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in a GRC-related role.
Strong understanding of GRC principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with GRC tools and technologies is a plus.
