Senior Site Engineer

This role involves overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating various teams, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction workers.
Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors.
Manage materials procurement and inventory.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4 to 9 years of experience in site engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in using construction management software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
