Trainee Quality Control Executive

The Trainee Quality Control Executive will assist in monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to guarantee product safety and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor and document quality control data, identifying trends and potential deviations.
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in investigations of quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in quality control or a related role (internships considered).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety principles and practices.
