Hindsighting Manager

This role involves overseeing and improving the hindsighting process, ensuring lessons learned are effectively captured and implemented to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The Hindsighting Manager will be responsible for facilitating reviews, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate hindsighting sessions with cross-functional teams.
Analyze incident data to identify root causes and contributing factors.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Track and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Create and maintain documentation related to hindsighting processes and findings.
Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hindsighting goals.
