Tableau Cloud Admin

This role focuses on the administration and maintenance of the Tableau Cloud platform, ensuring data accessibility, security, and optimal performance for business users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Tableau Cloud architecture, data governance principles, and best practices for user management and site configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Tableau Cloud environment, including user access, permissions, and security settings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data availability and reliability.
Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Assist users with Tableau Cloud-related questions and provide training and support.
Configure and manage data connections and data sources.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau Cloud features and updates.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience administering Tableau Cloud or similar cloud-based BI platforms.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Proficiency in user management and security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data connectivity and data source management.
