Clinical Application Support

This role provides essential support for clinical applications within a US healthcare provider setting. The Clinical Application Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of these applications, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clinical applications.
Assist users with application-related issues and training.
Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of clinical applications.
Document support processes and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in clinical application support.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with US healthcare provider systems is a plus.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
