SAP Basis Consultant

This role involves providing expert-level support and administration for SAP Basis systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. The SAP Basis Consultant will be responsible for managing the SAP landscape, implementing upgrades and patches, and troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP Basis components.
Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing potential issues.
Performing regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Managing user access and security permissions.
Implementing and maintaining SAP transport management processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving SAP Basis related incidents.
Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration and support.
Experience with SAP system upgrades and migrations.
Familiarity with SAP security concepts and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
