Senior TechOps Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical systems and infrastructure. The Senior TechOps Engineer will be responsible for automating operational tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with development and other teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Implement and maintain security best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in a TechOps or DevOps role.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
