Service Engineer - Oracle Inventory Platform

This role focuses on providing expert support and maintenance for Oracle Inventory Platform systems. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of these critical systems, working closely with clients to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Inventory Platform.
Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements/Qualifications

7 to 12 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Inventory Platform.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with database administration and SQL.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
