Patient Caretaker Companion

This role focuses on providing compassionate and supportive care to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assisting with mobility and transfers.
Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition.
Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
Companionship and emotional support.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
