Tele Collection Executive

This role involves managing and recovering outstanding payments through effective communication and relationship building. The Tele Collection Executive will be responsible for contacting clients, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collection of dues while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting clients via phone to discuss outstanding payments.
Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Resolving billing discrepancies and addressing client concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
Following up on payment commitments and ensuring timely resolution.
Adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Telugu and Tamil languages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
