Techno Functional Business Analyst

This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Techno Functional Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Participate in system design and implementation.
Maintain documentation of business processes and system functionality.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
