Field Recruiter

This role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to join our growing team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
