Recruiter - International BPO

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter with experience in the BPO sector and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
