Head Accounts

This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The Head of Accounts will lead a team, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
Manage audits and tax filings.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
