Senior Talent Acquisition Executive - Bulk Hiring - BPO

This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division. The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Extend offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO industry.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
