HR Assistant

This role provides essential support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. The HR Assistant will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks, playing a vital role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Supporting the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assisting with employee relations matters, providing support to HR team members.
Handling administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents and correspondence.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Supporting performance management processes.
Assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
