Engineer - Field Services (FIS)

This role involves providing technical support and maintenance services for financial infrastructure solutions. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of client systems, working directly with clients to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to financial systems.
Performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
Responding to client inquiries and providing technical assistance.
Documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a technical support or field services role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
