Scrum Master

This role focuses on facilitating Scrum processes and ensuring the team adheres to Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will guide the team to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts within the team
Coach the team on Agile principles and practices
Protect the team from external distractions
Promote self-organization and continuous improvement
Work with the Product Owner to manage the Product Backlog

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master for 6 to 11 years
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to facilitate and mediate discussions
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
Proven ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts
