SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

This role focuses on implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules for clients. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the system, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation processes.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet client needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
Participate in project planning and execution.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Strong understanding of compensation processes and best practices.
Experience with configuration and testing of SAP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
