Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Analyst

This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our client's Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS). The Functional Analyst will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the WMS to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance. This is a remote position allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements related to warehouse management processes.
Configure Oracle Fusion WMS to align with documented requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Provide user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements.
Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in functional consulting, specifically within Oracle Fusion WMS.
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
Experience with configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion WMS modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with integration between WMS and other enterprise systems.
