Sr. Engineer - Warranty Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive components and systems. The Warranty Engineer will be responsible for investigating warranty claims, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate warranty claims and field failures to determine root causes.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues.
Document warranty investigations and corrective actions.
Support warranty-related activities during product development.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Significant experience in warranty engineering or related role within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with automotive quality standards and processes.
