Tele Caller

This role involves engaging with potential clients and providing excellent customer service through telephone communication. The Tele Caller will be responsible for outbound calling, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective clients.
Responding to inbound inquiries and providing information.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions.
Following up with leads and nurturing relationships.
Achieving daily and monthly call targets.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
