Female Procurement Executive

This role involves managing and optimizing the procurement process for a medical company. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality goods and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors.
Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the medical industry is a plus.
