Talent Acquisition Executive

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and feedback.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
