Sr. Design Engineer - Lead Engineer Electrical Instrumentation

This role involves leading the design and development of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial compressed air solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of these systems, contributing to the overall performance of Quincy Compressor's products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical and instrumentation components and systems.
Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and service teams.
Evaluate and select electrical and instrumentation components.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in electrical and instrumentation design.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation principles.
Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with industrial equipment is preferred.
