Data Engineer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making within a clinical research environment. The Data Engineer will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data pipelines using various ETL tools and technologies.
Design and implement data models and database schemas.
Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and monitoring.
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
